Meanwhile, a 19-year-old has been fined the same amount for allegedly dumping building rubbish in a forest plantation near Beaumaris.
Police also fined two men $404 each after they allegedly lit a campfire in the Cosy Corner North campground at Binalong Bay, which is prohibited.
The fines come as police continue increased patrols across the state over the summer period.
