Two weeks have gone by since someone won $1.25 million in Tasmania, but the identity of the lucky millionaire remains unknown as they have not yet claimed their prize.
Purchased at newsXpress Shoreline in Howrah, the winning ticket is unregistered, meaning officials from The Lott have no way of contacting the winner.
The unidentified player holds one of the eight division one winning entries in the July 1 TattsLotto draw 4377.
Lott spokesperson Anna Hobdell has urged anyone who bought a TattsLotto ticket from Shoreline to check their tickets immediately.
“Two weeks have passed, and we still haven’t heard from our mystery division one winner who took home a life-changing $1.2 million earlier this month,” she said.
“Make sure you check your ticket, which could be in your wallet, handbag, fridge door or car glovebox.”
