The Criminal Investigation Branch say several businesses have fallen victim to burglaries they believe are “linked to the same group of individuals”.

So far, each incident has occurred overnight while the businesses are closed.

“Between October 2023 and February 2024, six business burglaries occurred in Lauderdale, Howrah, Lindisfarne and Sorell where cigarettes were specifically targeted, police say.
