A 14-year-old Hobart teenager has been charged after allegedly demanding cigarettes from a CBD store while waving a knife around overnight.
Police say the teenager was “wearing a black ski mask over his face” when he entered the Liverpool Street business at around 8:15pm on Monday.

The shopkeeper was “not injured” during the attempted robbery but was “shaken by the experience”.
The teen was bailed and will appear in a youth court for aggravated armed robbery at a later date.
