A police investigation is underway after the door of Kingston’s Coles supermarket was smashed down overnight.
According to a staff member who spoke to Pulse, the thief forcibly entered the store at around 4am on Tuesday, breaking through two thick glass doors.

It is understood the alleged thief attempted to force open a cigarette cabinet before reportedly stealing meat from the deli.
A local resident who has lived close by for nearly 35 years said she had never seen anything like it.
“This is the most brazen break in I know of here,” she said.
