A ‘heatwave’ is headed for Tasmania this week, with temperatures expected to reach the low thirties in parts of the state.
The BOM have issued an official warning for ‘heatwave temperatures’ from today, with the hottest temperatures expected on Saturday.
People are advised to take precautions to stay cool and hydrated and be aware of heat-related warnings.
