A car has smashed into a set of stairs after a three-car crash at the busy intersection of Davey and Elizabeth streets in Hobart’s CBD this afternoon.
Images from the scene show a silver sedan on the footpath on the corner of the intersection, stopped at the edge of a flight of stone steps beside a sandstone garden wall.
The front of the car is crumpled, with damage to its bumper, grille and headlight.
Tasmania Fire Service crews and police were at the scene.
No serious injuries have been reported.

Motorists are asked to avoid the area or expect delays until the scene is cleared.
