A child has been rushed to hospital with serious injuries following a two-vehicle crash in Launceston overnight.
The collision occurred on Eloura Street in Riverside around 9pm on Sunday.

Initial investigations indicate a green Mitsubishi Triton and a red Nissan Patrol were travelling in the same direction when the crash occurred, police say.
Three occupants of the Mitsubishi Triton, including the child, were taken to the Launceston General Hospital for treatment.
The two people in the Nissan Patrol were not injured.
Police are investigating the cause of the crash and are asking anyone who saw either vehicle beforehand to come forward.
