The Andoo Comanche has won line honours in the 2022 Sydney to Hobart race, completing the 628-nautical-mile (1,200km) course in just under 1 day and 12 hours!
John Winning Jr and his skilled crew guided the Comanche to victory, beating 108 other boats to the finish line on the River Derwent.

While race officials initially hoped the previous record set by Comanche in 2017 would be broken, the challenging conditions proved too much for the yachts in this year’s race.
