Signs that mysteriously appeared in Kingston over the weekend promoting a “Kingston Grand Park” development have been found to be a prank! 😅
The signs, which were placed along the fence of the golf course in Kingston Beach, caused confusion and prompted inquiries about the supposed redevelopment of the golf course and numerous houses.

In a post on Facebook, Kingborough Mayor Paula Wriedt said the since-removed signs were printed as props for a film/tv series some time ago.
“They were in storage in a warehouse and someone must have found them and decided to play a joke.”
