A woman has been arrested over a deliberate fire that destroyed a Tea Tree house and car yesterday afternoon.
The 44-year-old allegedly set the two-storey brick home on Grices Road on fire around 1:30pm on Tuesday.

Fire investigators at the Tasmania Fire Service said the fire also spread to a nearby car, ‘totally destroying’ both and leaving behind a $600,000 damage bill.
Police said the woman is “linked to the house” and was located in the area shortly after officers arrived at the scene.
It is unclear what the woman’s link to the property is.
She has since been charged with one count of arson and remains in custody to appear in the Hobart Court of Petty Sessions later today.
