A person has reportedly become trapped in a vehicle after a serious crash in the south of the state this afternoon.
Police and emergency services are responding to the crash on Groombridges Road at Kettering and have asked drivers to avoid the area.

The road is expected to remain closed at Oxleys Road until around 5pm on Thursday.
Local traffic is being asked to use Saddle Road as an alternative in the meantime.
One person has received serious injuries and is being airlifted to the Royal Hobart Hospital.
