A woman has been arrested at a high-visibility random breath testing operation on the East Tamar Highway this week after she was found to be driving while disqualified.
The operation, which took place at the intersection of the Bridport Highway, saw 110 drivers undergo breath tests.

North East Division Inspector Ruth Orr said police were pleased no drink drivers were detected, but it was disappointing the woman did return a positive oral fluid test for drugs.
“The driver who was arrested has also had a Holden sedan seized and impounded indefinitely,” she said.
“She will be proceeded against for several traffic-related matters.”
