A 39-year-old woman from Midway Point has been disqualified from driving for 12 months after she was caught drink driving in Hobart’s eastern suburbs today.
Police say they received concerned calls from the public around midday on Sunday, reporting a grey Peugeot coupe swerving onto the wrong side of the road between Midway Point and Cambridge.

The woman was located by police and stopped on the South Arm Highway shortly after, returning a breath analysis reading of 0.225 – 4x over the limit.
Police are calling on anyone with dashcam footage of the incident and any witnesses who have not already spoken to police to come forward.
The woman will appear in court at a later date.
