An elderly man has issued an urgent appeal for the return of his stolen walker, which was taken from Launceston General Hospital on Friday.
Ricky Blackwall, who travels from Ringarooma to visit his ill wife multiple times a week, discovered the theft after using the public restrooms.

Along with his walker, Blackwall’s personal diary and iPad containing precious family photos are also missing.
Tasmania Police are investigating the incident and are calling for anyone with information on the person seen at the hospital to come forward.
