Prominent Hobart lawyer Damien Geason has been arrested at his office and charged with eight offences including assault and multiple breaches of a family violence order.
The Butler McIntyre & Butler lawyer was arrested at his Hobart office yesterday and was walked out by several officers in handcuffs.

Police say the 54-year-old was this morning charged with one count of criminal code assault, six counts of breaching a family violence order and one count of common assault.
He fronted the Hobart Hobart Magistrates Court this morning.
