A Hobart man has been arrested and charged with a number of child abuse offences following a “significant investigation” by Tasmania Police.
The 39-year-old from Bellerive was taken into custody by Detectives on Tuesday and charged with 38 offences, including producing child exploitation material, grooming with intent to procure a child for sexual abuse and failing to comply with reporting obligations.

He will appear before the Hobart Magistrates Court later today.
