In a recent study conducted by housing website Rentola, Hobart has been ranked as the worst Australian city to survive a zombie apocalypse.
The study evaluated five categories, including vulnerability, hideouts, supplies, safety, and mobility, based on data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
Despite Tasmania being a sparsely populated island state with a relatively low risk of zombie outbreaks, Hobart fell short in every category.
Sydney, with its high population density and lack of natural barriers, came in second place, followed by Melbourne in third.
According to the study, Hobart’s rating was attributed factors of vulnerability, hideouts, supplies, safety and mobility.
