Hobart food outlet Burger Haus has announced the closure of one of its three stores.
In a heartfelt message to customers, the company revealed its Eastlands store will shut for good on September 18th.
Sharing the news online, the owners expressed their gratitude for the incredible support they have received over the past six years.
“We may have filled your bellies, but you definitely filled our hearts every day,” they said.
‘We have decided not to take on a new lease at Eastlands.”
The owners hinted at “some fun new changes” coming soon to their North Hobart store, which is set to remain open.
Another burger restaurant is understood to be opening in place of Burger Haus at the eastern shore shopping centre.
“Please give them lots of support while they start up and get on their feet,” the owners of Burger Haus said.
