Police have opened an investigation into a shooting thought to have involved to shotgun in Hobart’s northern suburbs overnight.
According to police, shots were fired at a house on Blair Crescent in Gagebrook around 2am on Saturday.

Police say a “shotgun-style firearm” was used to fire two shots at the property.
The shots caused damage to roof guttering and a window, police said.
The occupant of the house walked away uninjured. They and neighbours alerted police to the shooting.
Investigators are now appealing for CCTV or dash cam footage of anything suspicious in the area at the time.
