A number of illegal firearms have been removed from Tassie streets this week after multiple targeted searches in the south of the state.
Police have charged a 68-year-old man with several firearms related offences after 15 unregistered firearms were uncovered during searches in Dodges Ferry and Oatlands yesterday.

The man has been summoned to appear before the Court at a later date.
