A late-night fire in Rokeby is being controlled by Tasmania Fire Service crews tonight.
The blaze on Tollard Drive started at around 11pm near the Howrah Sunrise Early Learning Centre.

One resident near the scene said the fire “was a decent size” and was thankful crews were able to attend the blaze quickly, while another added that the frequency of recent late-night blazes in the area is becoming “absolutely ridiculous”.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
