A gas leak has forced the evacuation of a Huon Valley chicken shop, with the business and surrounding areas cleared of people as a precaution.
Firefighters are currently at the scene of the leak at Legs and Breasts on Main Road in Huonville.

Police have closed the road and put traffic diversions in place at the roundabout and Heron Street.
The Tasmania Fire Service is advising people within 100 metres of the “hazardous” incident to remain indoors, close windows and doors.
“There is no immediate danger,” they said.
“If you are away from home, do not try to return to the area. Non-residents should stay away from the affected areas.”
Police said no injuries have been reported.
“Pedestrians are being asked to stay away from the area,” police said.
