The man accused of murdering 14-year-old Tasmanian teenager Shyanne-Lee Tatnell has entered a plea of not guilty in the Launceston Magistrates Court.
According to the ABC, Christopher Mark Jordan, 36, pled not guilty to the murder charge on Wednesday morning.
He did not enter a plea on other charges he is facing, which include failing to comply with ammunition storage requirements, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a prohibited import.
Tatnell disappeared from Launceston in April of last year and her remains were discovered in bushland in Nabowla, west of Scottsdale, three months after she went missing.

Tatnell’s family were present in court on Wednesday morning to witness the proceedings.
Jordan has been remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear next in March.
