A woman who drove a Mazda 3 at her then-boyfriend before speeding off has been sentenced in the Hobart Supreme Court.
Zoe Haidar was under the influence of methylamphetamine, amphetamine and cannabis at the time of the incident on January 19 of last year.

The court heard how Haidar rammed into her partner, Daniel Lovell, with the vehicle following a heated argument.
After he was struck, Lovell then ‘bounced over the bonnet’ and landed on the ground – escaping uninjured.
Haidar pleaded guilty to assault, failing to stop after a crash and producing a positive oral fluid test.
Justice Estcourt imposed the minimum penalty for the incident, fining Haidar $1,000 and disqualifying her from holding or obtaining a driver’s license for six months.
