MEGA GALLERY: Thousands hunt for chocolate eggs in Hobart’s Botanical Gardens

More than 2000 people have successfully found chocolate eggs in the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens today, with the annual Royal Hobart Hospital Research Foundation Easter Egg Hunt taking place.

Event organizers say the event quickly sold out, with friends and family of ticket holders also coming along to make the most of a “gorgeous day”.

The event raised nearly $30,000 for Tasmanian medical research.
