A mystery Tasmanian is now $30 million richer after winning a massive Lotto jackpot overnight.
The multi-million dollar ticket, which was purchased at an undisclosed outlet somewhere in the state, is yet to be claimed.
The Lott say the winner held the only division one winning entry in the draw, but officials cannot contact them as the ticket was unregistered.
“We can’t wait for them to discover this winning news,” spokesperson Matt Hart said.
“There are 30 million reasons why all Tasmanian players who had an entry in last night’s draw should check their ticket this morning.”
The prize is the second Oz Lotto jackpot to land in Tasmania this year.
In February, a 24-member syndicate from Strahan shared their $10 million winnings across the west coast town.
