In a shocking incident this morning, a 50 year old man from Lindisfarne was struck by a car on Murray Street in the Hobart CBD.
The man sustained serious injuries after the incident in an access driveway, and was rushed to the Royal Hobart Hospital, where he is currently in serious but stable condition.

According to Police, the incident occurred at approximately 01:50am at 219B Murray Street. Authorities are currently investigating the case and are urging any members of the public who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.
