One lane of Hobart’s Southern Outlet has been shut after a wet weather crash this afternoon.
Police say a southbound lane before Mount Nelson is blocked and have asked drivers to stay away.

At least one person has been injured and a vehicle damaged.
“Traffic is currently congested as a result … Please drive with caution and approach that area with caution,” police said.
