A pet cat has undergone surgery after a shocking incident of alleged animal cruelty in Burnie earlier this month.
The cat, Noah, was found with “significant injuries” after being shot with an arrow in Downlands about 5:30pm on Sunday 2 July.
Police say officers are investigating the incident, which left Noah in need of life-saving surgery.
