Updated 2:45pm, Thursday February 8th: A teenager who went missing on the first day of school has been located safe and well.
Earlier: A search has been launched for a missing 14-year-old girl last seen on Hobart’s eastern shore this morning.

Police say there are concerns for her welfare after she disappeared from Rokeby on Thursday.
They said she was last seen wearing her blue and red Bayview Secondary College uniform.
Anyone who has seen the teenager or may know her whereabouts is asked to contact Tasmania Police on 131 444.
