Hobart’s new urgent care clinic has been opened by Prime Minister Anthony Albanese this morning.
The PM toured the the Bathurst Street clinic, which has been set up to provide treatment for urgent medical needs that don’t warrant a visit to the hospital emergency department, with Premier Jeremy Rockliff and several MPs.

The Prime Minister pledged to work with the state government to improve Tasmania’s health system, acknowledging the unique challenges faced by every state
Mr Albanese is expected to travel to Launceston this afternoon.
