Hundreds of Tasmanians have banded together at the Hobart City Hall today, calling for an end to native forest logging.
The group was one of many across Australia that took part in the native forest rallies, organised by the Bob Brown Foundation.
Brown, who attended the Hobart event, called on the Federal Government to ‘immediately end native logging’ and received said the foundation plans to escalate their campaign in the coming months.
“C’mon Albo! Its time! And you can do it! End native forest logging!” Brown said.
