Second Glance, a second-hand clothing market, will return to Burnie Arts four times a year under a new two-year deal between the Burnie City Council and City Mission.
The market lets people buy affordable pre-loved clothing and give unwanted items a new life.
The first Second Glance Market was held at Burnie Arts in July and drew strong interest from the community.
City Mission wanted to keep the event going after that first market.
Under the partnership, City Mission will run the markets, including staffing and promotion.

The council will provide the Burnie Arts venue and help make sure the event meets the rules it needs to.
The new deal comes after the council announced in August that it had decided to wind up the Burnie City Market, with no further markets scheduled.
At the time, the council said it would look at options including seasonal, specialist and producer markets, along with events tied to cruise ship visits.
The council said the Second Glance deal was separate from that decision and it was open to other markets in future.
Burnie mayor Teeny Brumby said the deal was a good example of the council working with community groups on activities that help locals.

“I love a good op shop, so I’m really excited to see Second Glance coming back to Burnie Arts,” Brumby said.
“There’s something great about finding a real bargain and giving a pre-loved piece a second life and Second Glance brings that together with the chance to get out, have a browse and connect with the community.”
City Mission development lead Lydia Turner said the organisation was looking forward to building on the first market.
“We were really encouraged by the response to our first Second Glance Market,” Turner said.
“So many people came along looking for something affordable but also enjoyed discovering great pre-loved clothing.”
The next Second Glance Market is planned for Saturday October 31, from 12pm to 3pm.
