Authorities say they hold “serious concerns” for a woman believed to be missing in the Cradle Mountain area.
62-year-old Ana Bonython was last seen in Launceston on Thursday morning boarding a bus on Cameron Street around 7am.

She was last wearing long pants, a green top and black coat.
“Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to contact police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers Tasmania on 1800 333 000,” police said.
