The West Tamar Highway has been closed north of Exeter following a serious crash this evening.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the incident between Rookery and Winkleigh roads prior to 8pm on Friday.

Police say traffic diversions are in place and are asking motorists to avoid the area.
“At this stage the extent of injuries is unknown,” police said.
