Around 550 homes and businesses in the Smithton area are currently without power due to a fault.
TasNetworks says crews are investigating the issue and will restore power as soon as possible.

A manual line patrol may be necessary to locate the fault, the company said.
“Please stay at least 10 metres clear of any fallen power-lines or other damage and report it to TasNetworks on 132 004,” a spokesperson said.
The outage is impacting the Alcomie, Edith Creek, Irishtown, Lileah, Nabageena, Roger River, Smithton, Trowutta areas.
