This year, the event taking a significant leap towards health and sustainability by banning smoking and vaping.
It’s a positive move that festival chair Jarrod Nation says will ensure ‘a fresh experience for all’.

St Luke’s CEO Paul Lupo applauded the festival’s “positive step forward”.
“St Lukes has a bold vision to make Tasmania the healthiest island on the planet, which might seem ambitious but we genuinely believe it to be achievable,” Lupo said.
“With the first stage of the Federal Government’s new vaping reforms set to commence on 1 January, we are dedicated to supporting initiatives that help ensure Tasmania is prepared for the changes to come in the new year.”
