A Hobart couple has finally been reunited with their stolen jewellery, a decade after it was taken from their home.
Back in 2013, Robin and Lynette experienced a burglary that resulted in the loss of their precious and sentimental items, including a safe filled with valuable possessions.

For years, the belief was that their precious jewellery was lost forever.
However, a recent search as part of an investigation along the Derwent River at Old Beach saw a team of divers locate several items on the riverbed – the missing safe one of them.
Senior Constable Scott Williams returned the recovered jewellery to the couple earlier this week, putting an end to their ten-year wait.
