Tasmania police have charged a 29-year-old Launceston man with child exploitation offences
The Youngtown man’s charges stem from an investigation by Tasmania Police and the Australian Federal Police Joint Anti Child Exploitation Team (JACET).

A search warrant was executed on Monday, resulting in the man’s arrest for allegedly possessing child exploitation material.
The man is scheduled to appear in the Launceston Magistrates Court on June 5.
