The body of 34-year-old Tasmanian man Jesse Youd, who was married with two children, is thought to have been recovered after he fell into the Murray River while celebrating a stag party on a houseboat over the weekend.
The incident occurred on Saturday night while Youd and his friends were on the Murray River near Mildura.
Police say Youd and three of his friends went ashore on a dinghy, which capsized, causing all four men to fall into the water.
Three of the men made it back to the houseboat, but Youd was not noticed missing until 2:40AM on Sunday – around three hours after the incident.

NSW police divers found a body on Monday afternoon, and although it has not been officially identified, it is believed to be that of Youd.
The exact cause of Youd’s death has not yet been determined, but it is believed that he drowned.
Barrier Police District officials will prepare a report for the coroner’s information.
