“All [my] major milestones I’ve got tattoos for … From Day 1 with the JackJumpers, people were asking me when I was getting a JackJumpers tattoo,” he said.

“I told people I’d get one when they win a championship and here we are.”

Celebrations were continuing on Tuesday night after the Easter Sunday win at the Crump household in Dynnyrne, as team coach Scott Roth made a surprise visit to the family of JackJumpers enthusiasts.

The Crump’s have been proudly displaying a large billboard made out of seventy A3 sheets of paper of the JackJumpers logo and coach Scott Roth’s face through their window for several weeks.

Roth said he “saw the photo” and decided to knock on the family’s door to say hi.

“We were just finishing up some dinner and just about to sit down, we heard a real big thumping tap on the door,” dad Nathan Crump said.
