A Tasmanian man has tragically lost his life in a collision between a 4WD and a motorcycle on Rushworth-Tatura Road in Northern Victoria on Friday afternoon.
The incident occurred at around 3pm, in Waranga Shores near Shepparton and resulted in the death of the 61-year-old male rider from Lutana.

Victoria Police’s Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives have since charged the 87-year-old driver of the 4WD with dangerous driving causing death.
The Nagambie man has been granted bail and will appear before Shepparton Magistrates’ Court on March 24.
An investigation into the fatal collision is ongoing, with authorities appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who has dashcam footage to come forward.
