A Hobart tradie was chuffed the Prime Minister was in town to launch a new Medicare urgent care clinic this morning, right next door to the construction site he was working on.
PM Anthony Albanese toured the new clinic for ‘urgent medical treatment’ on Bathurst Street alongside Premier Jeremy Rockliff and a number of other state & federal politicians.

Albanese spoke with staff and patients, including a boy with a fractured arm from a scooter accident.
The PM is now in Launceston to meet with Federal MP Bridget Archer to speak on the Voice referendum.
