A Tassie learner driver has been stripped of his license after he was caught drink driving THREE times over the legal limit.
The 19-year-old was stopped by police on Thursday with a blood alcohol level of 0.152, three times the legal limit for fully licensed drivers and prohibited for learner drivers.

A 63-year-old man was also stopped with a blood alcohol level of 0.195, almost four times the legal limit.
The learner driver has had his license disqualified for 12 months, while the 63-year-old man has been disqualified from driving for 2 years and will front court.
Police say this kind of reckless and dangerous behaviour is not tolerated at any time, but especially during the holiday season.
