A Tassie P-Plater has been caught speeding not once, but twice in just one day.
The 19-year-old female from Newstead was pulled over by George Town police after being caught driving at 117km/h in a 100km/h zone in Hillwood at around 11:30am on Saturday.

Later that same afternoon, she was caught speeding at 72km/h in a 50km/h zone in Low Head.
As a result, she faces the possibility of having her licence suspended and has received two fines totalling $362 and 6 demerit points.
