A 17-year-old from Hobart’s northern suburbs has been charged over a string of alleged thefts worth around $11,000 across more than two months.
The Gagebrook teenager is facing 12 charges, including one of stealing with force.
Police arrested the 17-year-old on Sunday following investigations into offences allegedly committed between July 17 and September 30.
11 of the alleged thefts occurred in Glenorchy, with the other in the Bridgewater area.
Police allege around $11,000 worth of property was stolen across the 12 incidents.

The teenager was held in custody to appear in the Youth Justice Court.
