A 15-year-old girl spent has spent much of the weekend in a cell after she allegedly robbed a Launceston business at knifepoint.
The teenager is accused of holding up a business in Mowbray at around 5:45pm on Saturday, reportedly threatening a staff member with a knife before stealing items and fleeing the scene.

Police were called to the business on Invermay Road and arrested the teenager shortly after.
They say no one was physically harmed during the robbery, but it is believed that they were left shaken.
The girl appeared before the Youth Justice Division of the Launceston Magistrates Court on Sunday.
