Teenagers arrested after pointing gun at person while riding a trail bike in Bridgewater

Two teenagers have been arrested after allegedly pointing a gun at a person they knew while riding a trail bike in Bridgewater, in what police allege was an attempted robbery.

The incident unfolded around 2:10pm on Old Main Road on Wednesday.

The 17-year-olds, who were on a white trail bike, were taken into custody at a home in Bridgewater shortly after the incident.

Police said no one was injured in the incident and no shots were fired.

The pair have been charged with firearm and attempted robbery offences.
