EARLIER – 6 PM:
Southbound traffic on Hobart’s Southern Outlet has come to a standstill after a spill this evening.

Police say a ‘large quantity of grain’ has spilled onto the road just prior to the Mount Nelson turnoff.

The ‘significant traffic hazard’ has closed a section of the left hand lane, causing traffic delays onto Davey Street and beyond.
